With two days to go and bright sunshine and blue skies this morning, I am already looking forward to the next decade. We've got lots going on in the first couple of months with Burns Night and Valentines both on the calendar and our third year involvement with the Exmoor Food Festival begins on February 1st. Look out for some special evenings during the festival where you can meet the suppliers and try new wines and learn how our butcher cuts your steak ! You can also look forward to other key dates in the first half of the year including a special Easter menu on April 19th & 20th together with our celebration dinner on the 8th May to celebrate the 75th Anniversary of Victory in Europe . This year you'll see a lot of new dishes on the menus in the first quarter, you'll find more brasserie style food. Food we served in our first couple of years in London, we know you'll love it ! We'll be using the freshest of Devon's finest ingredients in our scratch kitchen and again growing as much of our own food as possible.
