We're Back !

Updated: Jun 27, 2020

We are delighted to announce that La Petite Bouchée will open its doors again on July 24th at 7pm. Things will be a bit different for a while, there won't be the same amount of tables and we will all have to follow the current government guidelines to ensure your safety and ours. In all other respects nothings changed. Still the same, mutli-award winning service and food, just served a little differently.

We've been working behind the scenes to ensure your safety and ours, ensuring that we follow all the government guidelines with this in mind here is the top line structure showing how La Petite Bouchée will run for the first three months. We will review and update our risk assessment again in October. Please email me at hello@lapetiteboucheebrasserie.co.uk if you would like a copy of our risk assessment. We will be sending it out with booking confirmations.

  1. If you are displaying symptoms of Covid-19 Corona Virus then please do not come to the restaurant. (High temperature, new and persistent cough, lack of taste and smell )

  2. We will continue to be a reservation only restaurant.

  3. We will ONLY accept bookings online. (Please do not email/text/WhatsApp)

  4. We will continue to ask you to choose your food in advance of your visit.

  5. We will also ask you to order drinks in advance, with the exception of coffee/tea.

  6. All payments will be contactless and payment for food will be paid 24 hours prior to your booking. With drinks payment to be paid on the evening of your visit.

  7. You will be asked for your full name, date of birth, telephone number and postcode. We will require this data for everyone in your party. We’ll email you a form to fill in which we will require before your visit. We’ll have to hold on to this data for 21 days as part of the Track and Trace initiative but will delete it after that point.

  8. We will only accept bookings of up to 6 people from two different households or 6 from the same household. Please refer to government guidance on “bubbles” HERE

  10. The tables will be set out in 1m intervals. There will be less tables in the dining room to ensure that social distancing is adhered to. We anticipate there being between 12-14 guests depending on households etc.

  11. Our team will be wearing gloves when they serve you and your cutlery and any condiments you require will be bought out with your meal.

  12. We will continue to run continuous service with only one sitting per evening. We do not want spoil the ambience in the dining room.

  13. Signage will be located around the restaurant entrances and toilet facilities reminding you about frequent hand washing and social distancing.

  14. We will have copies of our risk assessment and cleaning schedule available on request. They will also be posted in common areas and on our website within the next 24 hours.

There is very limited availability each week early booking essential

TAKEAWAY

We recognise that some of our customers will still be nervous about dining out and we do not want those who are continuing to shield of self isolate to feel they've been forgotten about with this in mind we will offer 10 takeaway collection slots each service ( contactless collection only)

One final announcement. It’s with a hugely heavy heart that We announce that Linzi & Nigel will be leaving us in September. We’ve been so very lucky to have worked alongside them for the past 3 years. They’ve been absolutely beyond amazing both professionally and personally. I’ve learnt so much from both of them and I think they can leave safe in the knowledge that I’ve finally “grown a pair” We wish them love and happiness and look forward to sharing many a Gin & Tonic with them in the future. The search is now on to fill four of the biggest shoes in hospitality.
