The most important first step is securing your date.

 

Our availability is limited, and once a date is booked it is no longer available. When enquiring, please include:

 

• Your wedding date

• Venue or location

• Approximate guest numbers

• The style of celebration you’re planning

 

Enquiries that simply ask “How much do you charge?” are difficult to answer meaningfully. Elopement and intimate wedding catering is never one-size-fits-all — and that flexibility is exactly what makes it special.

 

Bespoke Menus

We do not work from fixed packages or price lists. One of the great joys of elopements and intimate weddings is the time we can spend getting to know you as a couple. Menus are designed collaboratively, inspired by seasonality, exceptional local produce, favourite flavours, and the atmosphere you want to create. Pricing reflects the quality of ingredients, the level of service, and the care, experience, and passion behind every plate.

 

Deposits

 

To secure your date, a deposit of 25–30% is required, in line with industry standards.

This confirms your booking and allows planning to begin immediately. It also signifies commitment from both sides. If paying the full deposit at once feels difficult, please talk to us — open and honest conversations are always welcome.

Are you experienced with remote or non-traditional venues?

Yes. Many elopement and intimate wedding venues are intentionally off the beaten path. We plan carefully for each location to ensure food safety, quality, and service are never compromised.

 

Do you bring everything you need?

Absolutely. We operate in a self-sufficient way, bringing all equipment, utensils, and essentials required to deliver your menu to the highest standard, while respecting the venue and its surroundings.

 

Who handles logistics?

​

We liaise directly with the venue on all non-food logistics, including access, timings, power, space, and practical considerations. At the same time, we work closely with your wedding coordinator to fine-tune timings, flow, and service details — ensuring everything aligns seamlessly on the day.

 

Does the venue affect the menu?

Very much so. Menus are designed not just around you as a couple, but around the setting itself. A secluded treehouse, a countryside estate, or a coastal escape each call for a slightly different approach and that’s where experience really matters.

 

Communication

This is your wedding day. You are never a nuisance for asking questions, refining ideas, or seeking reassurance. Please be mindful that we may be cooking or on events during service hours, but we will always respond as soon as we can. Clear, kind communication works beautifully both ways.
