After 10+ years of serving exceptional cuisine in our intimate 20 cover brasserie, we’re thrilled to announce something truly special - the launch of our exclusive Chef’s Table experience.
Just 12 guests. One table. Five exceptional courses celebrating the very best of each season’s harvest. Each month’s menu will celebrate what’s at its absolute peak in our Devon larder. From November’s wild mushrooms and game to December’s warming winter roots, and January’s fresh, clean starts - every Chef’s Table tells the story of the season through our 98% locally-sourced ingredients.
