SUPPLIERS

Since arriving in Devon we've been stunned by the bounteous larder Devon has to offer. There are so many small batch artisan producers locally working hard to offer the best and we are very proud to be working with just some of them. The list is not exhaustive we don't have a preferred supplier list we just prefer to work with local companies if we can. Do get in touch if you'd like to have a chat EMAIL HERE

We're proud to say 93% of our suppliers are sourced within 10 miles of our restaurant

FISH

Our fish is currently supplied by Celtic Fish & Game Much of the fish is landed from the company's own boats or sourced and picked up fish markets on the SW Coast. We really take pride in our fish and shellfish dishes and living here in Devon means we're able to serve you the freshest fish and shellfish available. Celtic Fish and Game also have their own smokehouse which means we can order the most amazing array of smoked fish available in the SW.

VEGETABLES, HERBS & FRUIT

A lot of our vegetables and herbs are homegrown, however, sometimes we need to top up using locally sourced produce from multi-award winning DartFresh based almost  opposite Darts Farm, Dart Fresh is a family run business, serving the SW for over 60 years.

MEAT

Our meat is from Shapland and Searle in South Molton. All of their meat is locally sourced and butchered on their premises. If you've tasted our Bavette steak or our melt in the mouth Côte de Boeuf then you'll know exactly what we are talking about.

CHEESE

All of our amazing cheese comes from The Cheese Larder in South Molton. Our cheeseboards boast some of the finest French and French inspired cheeses from both La Belle France and local cheese producers here in the SW

WINE

Our wine merchants  moorwine are based on the edge of Exmoor. All of the wine on our list has been carefully chosen and comes from the less commercial vineyards from around the France where the wine is produced with a real passion. None of the wine labels  you see at La Petite Bouchée will be found on supermarket shelves. Wines which you will want to drink again, again and again.
