We've just celebrated our second birthday here in Devon and launched the May menu last Friday and it's packed with the flavours and colours of spring. We've added our two Exmoor Food Festival event dishes to the menu this month and our Spiced Beef Carpaccio and Ceviche of Sea Bass a both have already proved to be quite a hit. Our brasserie stalwarts Steak and Moules Frites continue to be as popular as ever and our home-cured confit Creedy Carver duck with dauphinoise potatoes is also proving popular and our fish of the month this month is very seasonal Pollock caught off the North Devon Coast. Desserts include a Delicious Fig Tart and an indulgent chocolate mousse.

On May 17th we are off to The Caribbean. We'll be trying a feast of delicious island classics including Curry Goat, Jerk Pork Belly, White Fish Escovitch and Aubergine & Black Bean Curry. for dessert there will be traditional Jamaican Ginger Cake and Banana's with Rum Butter Sauce... oh and just wait till you try our classic dark and stormy cocktails - 4 courses £35.00 per head and just 4 covers left..
