After 10+ years of serving exceptional cuisine in our intimate 20 cover brasserie, we’re thrilled to announce something truly special - the launch of our exclusive Chef’s Table experience.

The Experience
Just 12 guests. One table. Five exceptional courses celebrating the very best of each season’s harvest.
Our November menu, “Une célébration des saveurs de la fin d’automne,” showcases the artistry we’ve been perfecting for over a decade:
Amuse-Bouche: Gougère au Comté with Ancient Grain Mustard.
Entrée: Ballotine of Chicken with Haselnut Velouté
Poisson: Roasted Seabass with Watercress Cream and Braised Baby Leeks
Plat Principal: Pave of Beef with Celeriac Purée and Woodland Mushroom Girolles and Red Wine Jus
Dessert: Dark Chocolate Lava Cake , Chestnut Creme & Red Wine Poached Pear
We have vegetarian and vegan options for each course too.
Why Only 12 Guests?
Because extraordinary experiences can’t be rushed or crowded. With just 12 seats, our chef can personally oversee every detail, share stories behind each dish, and ensure every moment is perfect. This is fine dining elevated to an intimate culinary event.
Our Seasonal Philosophy
Each month’s menu will celebrate what’s at its absolute peak in our Devon larder. From November’s wild mushrooms and game to December’s warming winter roots, and January’s fresh, clean starts - every Chef’s Table tells the story of the season through our 98% locally-sourced ingredients.

Our optional wine flight features carefully selected wines that elevate each course:

Launch: Thursday 20th November (lunch) & Saturday 29th November (evening)
December: Thursday 18th ( Lunch) Saturday 20th (evening)
January: Thursday 22nd ( Lunch) Saturday 24th (evening)
February 14th Valentine's Day
Price Per Head
£75 per person for the complete 5-course experience Optional wine flight: £25 per person. We will also have wine paired with each course available on the night.
